Services

  • Individual Therapy

Collaboratively tailored therapy focusing on areas including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, life-transitions, grief and loss, relationship conflict and distress, career uncertainty, and identity/existential concerns. I also have specialty training in working with dreams and nightmares.

I also provide psychedelic integration therapy, and am interested in working with people experiencing ecological anxiety related to climate change.

    Services Provided via secure teletherapy.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a powerful space for connection, reflection, and growth. I facilitate several focused groups including CBT-I for Insomnia, which provides evidence-based tools for improving sleep; Men’s Groups that explore emotional expression, identity, and connection in a supportive setting; and ACT on Life, a values-driven group rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also lead support groups for stay-at-home fathers, offering community, validation, and strategies for navigating evolving roles and personal fulfillment. Each group is designed to foster resilience, reduce isolation, and create space for meaningful insight and change.
